Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only ship to Australia. However, if you'd like to order and live elsewhere, you can visit our Etsy store where we provide international shipping.

How long does it take for an order to ship?

Our processing times are usually between 1 and 3 days, but can take up to 7 days if we are experiencing a large volume of orders. Once your order has left our studio, it should arrive within 5 to 8 days to Australian addresses depending on what shipping method you choose at checkout. For specific updates on your order, feel free to email us at elleanddinadesign@gmail.com or, if applicable, check the tracking status via Australia Post's website.

I need to change or cancel my order. Is that possible?

If you need to change your shipping address, adjust your order, or want to cancel an order please email us at elleanddinadesign@gmail.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we will try to accommodate the changes or cancellation to the best of our ability.

To cancel or make edits to your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or replacement order is not guaranteed.

We cannot make modifications to your billing address or payment method.
